MIDDLE WEIGHT DESIGNER FOR LEADING DIGITAL AGENCY – LONDON – REMOTE
As a Designer within a leading global digital agency, you will help design and develop all pitch documents and client marketing materials to ensure a consistent and highly crafted brand presence.
ROLE PURPOSE
As a middle-weight designer you’ll have 3-5 years agency experience. A desire to develop your existing skillsets by working with senior designers and creative teams across a range of UK and global accounts, from the automotive to finance sectors. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive the design direction of campaigns, have a love of typography, layout, animation and art direction. As part of the design studio you’ll want to help the team produce the best work possible.
Communication is a massive part of the job, as a middle-weight designer you must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire design/creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current design and creative trends is also key when moving towards promotion and recognition.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Offering design input to creative meetings and not being afraid of sharing ideas
- Designing across all channels with an eye on production and the final output
- Communicating with senior team members and actioning feedback/comments
- Liaising effectively with other team members
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A keen interest and eye for all things design
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Desire to achieve and succeed
- The ability to hit deadlines in a high pressure fast turn-around environment
- A background of working as part of an agency design team
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production
- Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- The willingness to listen and to take onboard feedback and learn
- Presentation graphics (PowerPoint/Keynote) and advantage, though not essential
From time-to-time you may need to work hours that aren’t 9–5:30, so a flexible approach and mindset is needed to get the best from the job.
